Construction waste processing production line
  • Product Details

The construction waste resource utilization production line processes discarded concrete, bricks, stones, and other construction debris generated from urban demolition, road reconstruction, and building construction. Through systematic operations such as crushing, screening, impurity removal, and air separation, it transforms these materials into recycled aggregates and recycled sand and gravel, achieving waste reduction, harmlessness, and resource recovery. This provides high-quality raw materials for brick manufacturing, road base construction, ready-mixed concrete, and other applications, truly turning waste into valuable resources.

The production line begins with a grate feeder, which evenly feeds the construction waste material into the primary crusher for initial crushing. The grate structure can pre-screen out fine soil and debris, reducing unnecessary crushing load and significantly improving both crushing efficiency and equipment lifespan. After coarse crushing, the material is conveyed via a sealed conveyor to a high-frequency vibrating screen for primary screening. Material passing through with particle sizes below 10 mm is collected as waste soil, while the coarse aggregate remaining on the screen proceeds to the next stage.

To remove lightweight impurities and metallic foreign objects, the production line incorporates a dual-stage impurity removal process consisting of air separation plus manual sorting. The air separation system uses directional airflow to separate lightweight materials such as fabric, plastic, and foam, while manual sorting selectively removes large pieces of scrap iron, rebar, and other metal components, providing clean feedstock for subsequent secondary crushing. This prevents impurities from damaging crusher hammers and liners, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Once the coarse aggregate has been thoroughly cleaned of impurities, it enters a secondary crusher for fine crushing, reducing the material to particle sizes that meet downstream production requirements. The crushed material is then conveyed again to a vibrating screen for a second precise screening. Depending on the intended application of the recycled aggregate, various grades of finished recycled aggregate can be produced, catering to diverse needs such as brick making, road base backfilling, and ready-mixed mortar.

To completely eliminate metallic contaminants, the production line employs multiple iron-removal steps throughout the material handling process, utilizing de-ironers, magnetic separators, and other equipment. These devices effectively separate residual rebar, nails, and other metal parts, preventing metal impurities from causing wear on downstream brick-making and molding equipment, while also ensuring the purity of the recycled aggregate and laying the foundation for producing high-quality recycled building materials.

The entire process utilizes enclosed conveying and dust-control technologies, with each crushing and screening stage equipped with highly efficient dust-collection systems. This effectively controls dust emissions, enabling clean production that meets environmental standards and minimizes impact on the surrounding environment.
