I. Core Process and Automation Configuration

The QT4-15 employs a vibration-pressure composite molding process, combining high-frequency vibration with hydraulic pressure to quickly and evenly compact concrete raw materials within the mold cavity. The molding cycle takes only 15–20 seconds, enabling efficient production of standard bricks, hollow blocks, and other products per mold. The finished products feature high density, minimal dimensional deviations, and stable strength, meeting national building material quality standards.


The entire machine is equipped with a PLC programmable control system and a touch-screen operating interface, allowing one-click completion of parameter settings, operational monitoring, fault alarms, and diagnostics. It supports fully automated linkage across the entire process—material feeding, vibration, pressing, demolding, and brick discharge—and can seamlessly integrate with batching machines, mixers, conveyors, and automatic palletizers to form a fully automated production line, significantly reducing reliance on manual labor and lowering labor intensity while achieving standardized, large-scale production.
