The fully automatic brick-making production line delivered to Vietnam this time is an intelligent solution customized by Qisheng Machinery to address pain points in the Southeast Asian market, such as high temperature and high humidity environments, difficulties in recruitment, and rising labor costs. It integrates full-process automation including raw material processing, vibration forming, conveying and transfer, finished product curing, and automatic palletizing, capable of producing multi-specification products such as cement bricks, concrete blocks, and paving bricks, with one-click mold switching to adapt to diversified production needs.

The core supporting QS series high-position palletizer is a star product of Qisheng Machinery, adopting PLC + touch screen intelligent control, paired with laser sensing and high-precision servo positioning system, to achieve unmanned automatic operation. Its core advantages are prominent:

• High efficiency and high output: the palletizing cycle is only 12–15 seconds per layer, with a shift output of up to 3,800 pallets, which is more than five times the efficiency of manual operation and can replace 6–8 skilled workers;
• Precision and stability: the stacking height can reach 4.5 meters, with neat and stable stack shapes, forming error less than 0.1%, suitable for standardized container transportation;
• Durability and reliability: key components are made of national standard steel and well-known brand hydraulic and electrical components, adapted to Vietnam’s high temperature and high humidity environment, supporting 24-hour uninterrupted operation, with self-diagnosis and alarm functions, and convenient maintenance;
