This fully automated production line, which has been implemented in Shaanxi this time, is specially equipped with a Type 12 brick-making machine, a high-level palletizer, an automatic strapping machine, and a high-level mother-and-child cart. It comprehensively demonstrates Qisheng Machinery's core technological advantages: full-process unmanned control. Specifically, the Type 12 brick-making machine is responsible for efficient forming; the high-level palletizer achieves rapid stacking; the automatic strapping machine completes the bundling of finished products; and the high-level mother-and-child cart undertakes intelligent transportation of wet blanks and finished products. Through the coordinated operation mode of horizontal transport by the mother cart and vertical access by the child cart, it realizes material flow in three-dimensional space, precisely connecting the forming, stacking, and curing processes, thereby significantly improving transportation efficiency. When paired with the QS series palletizing system, the palletizing cycle is only 12–15 seconds per layer, with a daily output of up to 3,800 boards—more than five times the efficiency of traditional manual production. By adopting servo positioning and intelligent sensing technology, the forming error is less than 0.1%, ensuring uniform block density and precise dimensions. The modular design combined with fault self-diagnosis and alarm functions allows ordinary technicians to perform daily maintenance, greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
According to the project leader of Qisheng Machinery, this Shaanxi implementation project strictly follows standardized installation procedures. A professional technical team has been stationed on-site throughout the entire process, from equipment arrival and positioning adjustment to personnel training, providing full lifecycle services to ensure that the production line is installed and commissioned within 7 days and quickly put into normal production. “The building materials industry in the Shaanxi region has enormous potential. The introduction of this production line is not only an important step for us to expand into the Northwest market but also aims to use advanced brick-making technology to help local enterprises solve pain points such as heavy reliance on manual labor, low production efficiency, and failure to meet environmental standards, thereby achieving the goals of workforce reduction and efficiency increase, cost reduction, and quality improvement,” said the leader.
