This machine is suitable for stacking dry products on simple block production lines and belongs to the fixed-site stacking category. The machine is installed inside a factory building and operates with PLC + touch-screen intelligent control, featuring separate dual hydraulic control circuits that ensure actions do not interfere with each other. Simultaneous operation of the brick clamp and pallet clamp significantly boosts efficiency.

Additionally, this machine can handle products produced on pallets; after combining them into near-square shapes, it separates the bricks from the pallets and stacks them neatly. Once stacked, a forklift can transport the entire stack to the curing yard. It can also work in conjunction with a forklift’s clamp to achieve pallet-free stacking and directly load bricks onto trucks, greatly reducing labor costs.

The entire system requires only one operator, with a daily output of approximately 1,700 pallets.
