The Q5-1000Y mobile brick stacking machine is suitable for stacking dry products on simple block production lines. It is a site‑mobile, on‑site stacking system that operates in the stacking yard and is manually controlled. It stacks cured products directly at the production site. This stacker can sort bricks of different specifications produced by various brick‑making machines into separate piles and perform on‑site stacking (standard solid bricks can be stacked up to 20 layers high at once, while hollow bricks can be stacked up to 11 layers). Paired with a forklift clamp, it can directly pick up and load bricks onto trucks, significantly reducing labor costs. The entire system is controlled by a PLC plus touch screen, requiring only one operator. Daily brick‑stacking capacity is approximately 1,300.
