Equipment Introduction
The equipment features PLC intelligent control, combined with photoelectric automatic sensing positioning, to automatically complete the entire process of belt feeding, tightening, heat-sealing bonding, and belt cutting. The packaging process is smooth and requires no manual intervention. It uses PET plastic steel straps with high bonding strength, ensuring secure bundling so that brick stacks remain stable during transportation and storage. Standard groove packaging can handle a 1.2 cubic meter stack in approximately 11 seconds, while arrow‑type groove packaging accommodates gaps between straps and pallets, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
The machine has a total power rating of about 5 KVA, operates on a 380V/3ph/50Hz power supply, uses a 24V DC control voltage, and offers an adjustable packing tension ranging from 200 to 2500 N. With a robust structure, low failure rate, and easy maintenance, the equipment is compatible with various brick stack specifications, including standard bricks, hollow bricks, porous bricks, and concrete blocks, making it an ideal auxiliary device for brick manufacturers seeking automated, standardized packaging.
