Equipment Introduction
The PL series concrete batching machine is an automated front-end batching device designed to work with brick-making production lines and concrete mixers. It can automatically perform quantitative delivery and proportioning of various materials such as sand, gravel, and cement according to preset ratios. The entire machine consists of a material storage hopper, a weighing system, a feeding system, and an electrical control system. It employs electronic weighing and microcomputer control with digital display, ensuring accurate measurement, high batching precision, and stable operation.
The equipment can be configured with 2–4 hoppers, offering flexible combinations to meet diverse formulation requirements. It features arch-breaking and anti-blocking functions, stable belt conveyance, and automatic over-tolerance alarms. The batching ratio is adjustable, the operation is intuitive, and it can seamlessly interface with various mixers and brick-making main machines. Widely used in concrete mixing plants, brick factories, and precast component plants, it effectively improves batching efficiency, ensures consistent material proportions, and reduces labor costs.
Key Features
It meets metrological licensing standards and supports both fast and slow batching modes. Equipped with a vibration device, it ensures smooth material discharge.
Depending on the type of aggregate being produced and the gradation of the final product, it utilizes high-precision three-point induction sensors for automatic weighing, based on pre-set aggregate mix ratios.
