Product Introduction: The QS series intelligent hole-preserving palletizing production line for aerated concrete blocks is a next-generation patented product meticulously developed and designed by our company after years of market research, tailored to the specific characteristics of the aerated block industry. This complete production line features advanced process flows, precision mechanical machining, and high-end electrical configurations. It seamlessly integrates processes such as depalletizing, brick sorting, hole-preserving, palletizing, and conveying and packaging of finished stacks, achieving fully automated pallet-free palletizing and packaging with pre-designed forklift holes.
This production line is designed to interface with the existing finished-product stacker on the original production line without altering the user’s existing equipment configuration or workflow. It picks up the palletized brick blanks layer by layer, sorts them according to preset programs, preserves holes, and repalletizes them (the original stacker can continue operating normally in its usual manner without interference).
This production line boasts high automation, large-capacity handling, efficient sorting, fast operation, tight coordination, and convenient adjustment and switching between different brick types and speed settings.
Based on cutting methods, this production line is divided into composite type (each mold produces multiple brick types) and single-type (each mold produces only one brick type). The integrated depalletizing and palletizing robot works in conjunction with multiple brick-sorting and hole-preserving platforms and palletizing stations. Its function is to re-depalletize and repalletize aerated blocks conveyed after slab-cutting, enabling separate sorting, hole preservation, and palletizing of various brick types at different workstations according to preset programs. Users can select different equipment configurations based on their actual production needs.
Equipment Configuration:
This production line includes (but is not limited to) the following major components
| Serial No. | Component Name | Component Description | Remarks |
| 1 | Integrated Depalletizing and Palletizing Robot | An imported heavy-duty robot is used to pick up brick blanks according to preset programs, then depalletize, sort, and palletize them. | |
| 2 | Mainline Brick-Pushing Machine | Servo-driven, it pushes the brick blanks picked up by the robot to the brick-sorting platform, working in tandem to perform hole-preserving operations. | |
| 3 | Mainline Brick-Sorting Machine | Servo-driven, working in coordination with the brick-pushing machine, it performs hole-preserving operations according to preset programs. | |
| 4 | Circulating Stack-Out Machine | Equipped with iron pallets that circulate vertically, it transports the completed palletized stacks to the packaging station, storage area, and forklift parking zone, while empty pallets are circulated from the lower level back to the palletizing station for the next cycle. | |
| 5 | Automatic Packaging Machine | It tightly wraps and straps the palletized stacks vertically, ensuring they can be lifted and transported as a whole by forklift to the storage yard. | Two machines are provided per production line. |
| 6 | Film-Wrapping Machine | It wraps the entire palletized stack with film and automatically heat-seals the package, preserving the overall appearance of the product. | Can be selected according to demand. |

| 7 | Mainline Brick-Pushing Machine | Servo-driven, it pushes the brick blanks picked up by the robot to the brick-sorting platform, working in tandem to perform hole-preserving operations. | Composite configuration. |
| 8 | Mainline Brick-Sorting Machine | Servo-driven, working in coordination with the brick-pushing machine, it performs hole-preserving operations according to preset programs. | Composite configuration. |
| 9 | Brick-Stack Conveyor | It conveys the palletized stacks to the transfer station. | Composite configuration. |
| 10 | Brick-Stack Transfer Machine | It picks up the entire palletized stack and transfers it to the circulating stack-out station, facilitating subsequent wrapping, packaging, and forklift transport. | Composite configuration. |
