3. Excellent Mixing Performance

Plow-blade mortar mixing main machine: Under the action of the plow blades, materials undergo convective motion along the cylinder wall; as they pass through the high-speed rotating cutting blades, they are thoroughly dispersed, achieving uniform mixing in a short time.

Zero-gravity mortar mixing main machine: Within the horizontal cylinder, two stirring shafts rotate at equal speeds in opposite directions. Blades specially arranged at specific angles ensure radial, circumferential, and axial dispersion of materials, creating a composite circulation that achieves uniform mixing in an extremely short time.
