1. High Efficiency: The main unit employs a high-efficiency mixer that thoroughly disperses materials with no dead zones. It features a large-opening discharge mechanism for rapid unloading, and a single-axis mixer equipped with high-speed cutting blades on one side of the cylinder wall to break up sticky materials.

2. High Environmental Protection: With a fully enclosed structure, material conveying and mixing take place within sealed spaces. Each dust-generating point is fitted with different types of dust collectors for individual filtration, effectively controlling dust emissions.

1. Efficient and Rational Dry-Sand Screening System:

A multi-layer screening system designed specifically for different material products, with optimized combinations of screen vibration direction and screen inclination angles tailored to screening types and production volumes. This ensures ample screening surface area and maximizes screening efficiency. The vibrating screens utilize well-known domestic brands, offering reliable performance and easy, convenient maintenance.

2. Precise and Stable Weighing System:

The weighing system adopts a pressure-type sensor design, utilizing internationally renowned modular sensor units and analog signals fed into the PLC for processing.

The precise design of the weighing platform, combined with a fully breathable flexible connection interface, ensures measurement accuracy throughout the production process.

3. Excellent Mixing Performance

Plow-blade mortar mixing main unit: Under the action of the plow blades, materials undergo convective motion along the cylinder wall; as they pass through the cutting blades, they are flung by the high-speed rotating blades, achieving uniform mixing in a short time.

Zero-gravity mortar mixing main unit: Within the horizontal cylinder, two stirring shafts rotate at equal speeds in opposite directions. Specially angled paddles mounted on the shafts ensure radial, circumferential, and axial dispersion of materials, creating a composite circulation that achieves uniform mixing in an extremely short period.
