Detailed Description: The QSD intelligent belt-frame curing fully automatic production line is composed of components such as the batching and mixing system, pre-forming system, belt-frame curing system, brick-sorting and stacking system, and automatic packaging system. Compared with similar equipment from abroad, it features more comprehensive equipment, a more rational layout, a smoother process flow, a higher degree of automation, and lower acquisition costs.

This production line is an intelligent, fully automatic belt-frame curing line. Its unique equipment configuration allows seamless integration and compatibility with brick-making mainframes from any domestic or international manufacturer. Customized equipment configurations can be tailored to suit specific site conditions, different brick-making mainframes, and various product types.

In this production line, wet bricks formed in the pre-forming stage are lifted by a lifting platform and placed on metal frames, with each layer of brick panels separated from the others. Once filled, the entire metal frame can be transferred to the curing area using a forklift. Alternatively, it can be paired with a new-energy smart mother–child vehicle to transport the frames into the curing kiln for curing.

The transfer vehicles in this production line are powered by new-energy lithium batteries and driven by electric motors. The entire production process integrates optics, mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics, all controlled by a microcomputer. A self-built 485 wireless network connects all components, enabling real-time remote monitoring of equipment operation and troubleshooting, thus alleviating users’ concerns about after-sales maintenance and debugging.
