In this production line, wet bricks formed in the pre-forming stage are lifted by a lifting platform and placed on metal frames, with each layer of brick slabs separated from the others. Once filled, the entire metal frame can be moved to the curing area using a forklift. Alternatively, it can be paired with a new-energy smart mother–child transport vehicle to transfer the frames into the curing kiln for curing.
The transport vehicles used in this production line are powered by new-energy lithium batteries and operate under integrated optical, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic microcomputer control.
