The QS800 fully automatic bidirectional static pressing brick machine is a high-performance bidirectional static pressing molding equipment specially developed by Qisheng Machinery for medium- and large-scale building materials enterprises. It adopts an upper-and-lower bidirectional synchronous hydraulic static pressing process, relying on uniform high-pressure compaction from both directions. The finished bricks have consistent density and uniform strength throughout, with no delamination, bulging, or cracking. Its flexural and compressive strength far exceeds that of traditional unidirectional pressing equipment, making it the preferred model for large-scale production of high-strength standard bricks, hollow bricks, and solid bricks.

The equipment boasts three core advantages: labor-saving, pallet-free, and fully automated. Bidirectional static pressing operates without high-frequency vibration, resulting in low operating noise and a more environmentally friendly production environment. Equipped with a PLC-based fully automatic control system, it achieves seamless integration across the entire process—from material distribution and bidirectional pressing to demolding and brick discharge—eliminating the need for manual pallet handling, significantly reducing human intervention, and markedly lowering labor costs. The machine body features a heavy-duty integral steel structure that has undergone stress-relief aging treatment, ensuring strong rigidity and high pressure-bearing capacity. It remains deformation-free even under long-term high-pressure operation, with low failure rates, easy maintenance, and controllable post-operation costs.

The equipment exhibits exceptional versatility; by simply changing molds, it can flexibly produce various products such as standard bricks, hollow blocks, and solid bricks, widely used in municipal engineering, civil construction, rural infrastructure, and other applications.
