The QS1500 fully automatic bidirectional static pressing brick machine is Qisheng Machinery’s flagship bidirectional static pressing molding equipment, designed for large-scale building materials enterprises. It employs a synchronized hydraulic static pressing process in both the upper and lower directions, relying on uniform high-pressure compaction from both sides. The finished bricks exhibit highly consistent density and strength throughout, with no delamination, bulging, or cracking.
